All deposits are non-refundable.
If you have paid in full, 25% of the total cost is considered your non-refundable deposit.
The final payment deadline will be communicated upon booking. Failure to pay in full by this date may result in cancellation of your place without refund of the deposit.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 6th February 2026.
If you cancel before 6th February 2026, you will receive a refund of any payments made minus the non-refundable deposit.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as flights, train fares, insurance, or personal expenses.

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
Your insurance should cover cancellation due to illness, injury, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are happy to provide documentation to support insurance claims but cannot issue refunds outside the policy above.

By attending this retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the planned activities, which may include movement practices, meditation, and time outdoors.
Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, mental health considerations, or allergies (including dietary) prior to the retreat so we can support your needs.
All meals will be plant-based. We will do our best to accommodate specific dietary needs with advance notice.
Participation in all activities is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the retreat.
The organisers and facilitators accept no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
